Author Biography

Patrick Samnang Mey is an author, illustrator, and teacher. He is the creator of Captain Cambodia, a political comic originally published in Cambodia and discussed in Transnationalism in East and Southeast Asian Comics (Palgrave Macmillan, 2022). Captain Cambodia is also included in the educational recommendations of the Center for Southeast Asia and its Diasporas at the University of Washington.
